Muppet Show DVDs 11-15--Bonus Features

Could someone please tell me what the Bonus Features on volumes 11-15 of "The Best of The Muppet Show" DVDs and what specific "character sketches", "Muppetisms", "Movie Moments" and "Did You Know? facts" are on them?

Does anybody know which episodes will be released on Volumes 16-20 yet?
