Hi guys, was wondering if you could help me out with something regarding the Best of The Muppet Show DVD's. Was the episode guest starring Crystal Gale ever released as part of the DVD series? If so, which volume was it on, and what were the other two episodes featured on that same DVD?

No, the season 4 Crystal Gaye episode is not part of the Time-Life/Columbia series.
