Muppet Show DVD; Missing A Booklet?

You know, my friend lent me TMS Season 1 DVD and we noticed that there was a pouch on the left side. But what was it for? It looks like a place where a booklet should be, but none was included. I don't think this was unique to his set; I wonder what the deal with that is.

It is pretty unique, because most people got a booklet with their set. I believe there is a number you can call to get a replacement one.
