Here are some of mine:
1. Gonzo jumping in front of a cab in GMC
2. The cow in the episode of TMS with Julie Andrews.
3. "I will spank you like a bad, bad donkey, okay?"
4. Kermit and Miss Piggy hanging upside-down in MTI and singing "Love Led Us Here".
5. Zoot forgetting his name in TMM.

Oh the memories... it makes me smile
1. Pepe and semores "elephino"
2. Gonzo eating the tire to the tune Flight of the Bumblebee
3. The "Hugga- wugga"
4. The Kozoobains (bet I spelled that wrong... oh well...)
5. "Oh No Derth Nader" from the starwars episode
6. the Rainbow connection song and reprise at the end
7. Together again
8. Kermit and Fozzie in the Car
9. The Gorilla in Muppet Labs
10. The part in the "muppet Family Christmas" where Jim Henson is doing dishes
so many more, I cant even remember them all
