When I was about 2-5 years old, I used to be afraid of The 39 Stairs sketch that I had on VHS. I think it was because of it being black and white, and how often the stairs were creaking. Once, I had a nightmare of that sketch, nothing more, and I woke up and I was on the floor (which confused me because I slept on top of a bunk bed) and I turned out to have a fever.
That freaked me out too! I remember feeling like throwing up each time Grover went up a stair

I watched Elmo in Grouchland a lot when I was younger, and the part where Huxley steps out of his vehicle always scared me.
