Since Kermit was quite energetic during his introductions during the later seasons of TMS, and we're waiting for the Season Two DVD, how about this?
(Kermit the Frog (wearing a tux through the entire fanfic) is doing the Pitch Reel of the Season 2 DVD.)
KERMIT: "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Muppet Meetings Film. My name is Kermit the Frog, and I'd like you to take a look on the Muppet Show Season 1 DVD that came out in 2005..."
(The TMS Season 1 DVD shows up in the background.)
KERMIT: "See this, this is the box of The 1st Season DVD. And it featured some classic sketchees."
(A scissor shows up in the background.)
KERMIT: "As you can see, the 1st Season is edited in its DVD release, and it's due to the Music Licencing Issues. In fact, no one would put the complete 1st Season on DVD today. It's impossible! So, we'll do something a little better. And do you know what this is?"
(The background flashes, and the "The Muppet Show Season 2 Special Edition" sign shows up.)
KERMIT: "The Second Season of The Muppet Show! It features more than in the 1st, and they're different from each other. Stars like (each face of the following guest stars show up when Kermit metion them in this order: Julie Andrews, Peter Sellers, Elton John, Madeline Kahn, Edgar Bergen, & even George Burns) would guest during the season between the 1st & 3rd!"
(face of Gonzo, Beaker, Link Hogthrob, The Newsman, Fozzie, Janice, Zoot, & Miss Piggy show up in the background.)
KERMIT: "And, other the hand, we would have more ways we know today! Gonzo will look more energetic, Beaker would be there, there would be Pigs in Space sketches with Link Hogthrob! Also, The Newsman Sketches would be funnier, Fozzie's fur is lighter, Janice has a more familliar voice, & if you can't stand Zoot's voice, he would speak less! Plus, Miss Piggy would look prettier, and I, yes, I!... I would be more happier than myself in the 1st Season! That's what. SO!! WE WANT THE 1st SEASON TO BECOME LESS POPULAR THAN THE REST OF THE MUPPET SHOW SEASON DV-DEEES!! THIS...."

KERMIT: "MEANS WARRRRRR!!!!!!! WE WANT IT COMPLETE!! NO CUTS!!! WE NEED DISNEY TO MAKE IT COMPLETE!!!! MAKE THE 2ND SEASON COMPLETE AND HAVE IT MORE AWARD-WINNING THAN THE 1ST!!!! I WOULD BE HAPPIER IF THERE'S MORE!!! MORE, I TELL YOU!!!!"

KERMIT: "IN FACT, MAYBE THE SEASON 2 DVD WOULD GET MORE THAN ONE OSCAR!!! WE WANT MORE COMEDY!!! MORE ACTION!!! MORE MUSIC!!! AND YESSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

KERMIT: "WE GOT US!!!!!!!!!! THE MUPPET SHOW SEASON 2 WOULD DEFINELY WIN THE DVD VOTING CONTEST AND BEAT SEASON 1!!!!! OHHH!!!! AND ONE MORE THING!... WE'VE GOT TO HAVE MOORREE!!! MORE!!!
