I hate to give bad news but it looks like the Muppet Project has been Deleted, as the Lego Cuusoo guidelines have been changed and the project has been removed

Too many people asking for too many copyrights that they can't attain.
I'd say that anything would have been in Disney's hands anyway. Considering they own Marvel and Star Wars (two of their major Lego brands), I wouldn't doubt there would be room for negotiation if the next movie does well.
