Muppet Family Christmas Medley

I'm not sure if it's been asked before...

but does anyone know the complete song list in the medley
that they sing at the end of the original MFC?
All the songs in the order they sing them.

I think what confuses me most is the original and edited version,
and so when I watch both versions I'll forget which songs they sing.
