When the Sesame Street guys come to Fozzie's mom's house they sing Deck the Halls as many of you know. At the end they all start talking and Big Bird says "I love carols". Now I thought this was funny because he is performed by Caroll Spinney and you know, Big Bird, Carol, Caroll Spinney...(complete silence)

(No? Not funny? Sorry didn't think so.:embarrassed: )

I have noticed that, and wondered if that was a refference to Caroll Spinney. It sounds more like he is saying "I love carol" than "I love carols'. Maybe he was trying to say "I love carolling" but the camera man cut from recording before Big Bird could finish his line.

By the way, when the Muppet Show Muppets are all slipping on the icy patch, if you look in the bottom right corner of the screen you can see a puppeteer's face. Who is this?
