With the release of the Muppet photo puppet replicas, I am interested to know which Muppets are made in the different construction styles.I think there are two main methods-fabric pattern cut(minimum foam) like Kermit, Rowlf and Fozzie, which would last the longest. Then the foam moulded built
(maximum foam) like all the pig characters and Statler and Waldorf, which would discintergrate over time.I am not sure what construction catergory to put Gonzo in, as I dont know if his head is all foam with fur stuck on or if it is fabric with just the foam nose and mouth sewn to the fabric?
Would Kermit, Rowlf and Fozzie be the only minimal foam produced characters?

Scooter was also made out of the kind of foam that disentigrates after a while

Actually, all of the foam disintegrates eventually.

There are different kinds of foams. Some break down much faster.Latex foam can break down just by light without using it.Ravagefrackle has hinted that Gonzo's nose could rot in a few years!
