Idea: Dime-10 was created to be a telephone operator, as part of the Wonderland Court, ready to take all incoming calls and route them to their proper parties.

1 He looks like a man of normal height, though slightly taller and bulkier than most.
2 He has skimmed, light greenish tortoise's scales covering his entire body.
3 He has a head of wettened maroon hair, flowing downwards from his scalp.
4 He has two round black-pupiled eyes, two light green eyelids, and two thin brown eyebrows.
5 He has a normal-sized, puffy beige human nose placed in the center of his face.
6 He has two lightly greened lips, and a reddish human inner mouth.
7 He has a limp and wet maroon-haired mustache placed on his upper lip.
