Nora: Uh-oh...guys, I think Crazy Harry's going to set something off.
Storyteller: Everyone, find something that's breakable or fragile, and steady it like your life depended on it.

(everyone does so, as Crazy Harry's latest creation goes off)

Erin: (trying to hold up a slightly unsteady bookcase) You notice we've got a few more cracks in the ceiling these days?
Scooter: (keeping one hand on a vase on the coffee table) Yeah, and there's been a lingering smell of gelignite in the vents lately.
Nora: (pressing both hands against a few paintings on the wall) In other news, Red and Mokey just told me that Beth's back in the dorms.
Storyteller: (holding on to a teapot) Oh, that's nice...a lot of regulars have been absent lately.
Beige: (keeping a death grip on his box of rollies) Down in the Cave, whenever a lot of Fraggles disappeared for a while, it usually meant...

Boober: Anyone got plans for tomorrow?
Tosh: Mimzy and I are going moss-gathering.
Gillis: I've got a new song I'm working on.
Kim: We're taking my grandmother out to lunch for her birthday. You guys are welcome to come if you like - as long as you behave yourselves.
Boober: ...oh.
Kim: Why the sudden interest?
Boober: Well, if we all had the day off I thought we could do some spring cleaning.
Mimzy: ...but it's not spring yet. It's not even March.
Boober: You can never start too early.

Erin, hacking into a large butternut squash.
Storyteller: Hmm...Erin, watch how you handle that knife.
Erin: I know, I know...this thing's hard as a rock. (squash splits open) Okay, there we go. Someone want to pass the honey and nutmeg?
Nora, handing said items over.
Storyteller: Let's talk about dinner, shall we?

(squash halves are put in a baking pan, drizzled with honey and nutmeg and put into the oven to bake)

Well guys, you bathed and dressed and ready to head out to this year's awards?
Count and UD: Yes.
Me too... Though I won't have a date this year...

Count and Uncle D wink at each other, whistling innocently. *A knock can be heard outside.
The frame opens to reveal a tall female Muppet, about Van Neuter in height, her long vertically pointy bat ears poking through the head of cascading auburn tresses. *She flips a little curl over her almondlike left eye while wiggling her cute rodentia nose. The red of her hair is matched by the dark crimson of her long evening gloves and dress top, silvery satin legging pants swaying as her dainty silver shoes chink lightly upon the floor.

Sanguina: Hi boys, did you miss me?
She flutters her eyelashes about while the little brood of bats alight on the other spooks' shoulders.

Me Well, this is a nice surprise, but wha...
Sanguina: Silly, aren't you going to take me to the awards?
Me: Oh... Yes! Sure... Les go!
*All depart for wherever the ceremony's going to be held, the bloodshot beauty snuggled close to Ed in the Countmobile as the vampire and phantom dragon drive them there.

*Sanguina is relaxing on the sofa, tracing little designs with her gloved fingers.
UD: There's another version of the story though.. of Sleeping Beauty.
Me: True, but it has the same ending, more or less.

Redpiggy knocks timidly on the front door. "Uh, anyone home? I seem to have lost my party partner, and we were kinda hopin' there might be still a room, open, but knowing Spike, he'd probably rather just go sleep in the backyard or something. I'd keep an eye on small mammals, if I were you though. Anyway, I'm just window-shopping at the moment, 'cause it's late an' all, y'know. Besides, I need to find Spike before he eats someone important. Is there rent? Or do we just work off our rent? Spike usually lives in a bar, so this would definitely be a step up for him ... and keep him from harassing the Sinclairs every night. *realizes no one opened the door yet* Well, I'll just leave a sticky note on the door, then. *shrugs, and walks off into the cold night air*

You know... I've yet to start reading those Twilight books, got a couple of classics by the master Stephen King instead though.

*Finds note by RedPiggy. Aw, of course you can come in and spend the night here. Hey Kelly! You can bunk out in the lobby for now. *Gets blankets for her and Spike, if he's the one she's come here with.

*emails descriptions and application to The Count*

I never did get to the party last night, as it was late and it was more important to find Spike, who got distracted by all the tiny creatures running around out here. He got mad when I suggested moving in (all he wanted to do was crash the place) and went back to his hideout, but he doesn't know who he's messing with. He'll be back.
