Good to know Kathy got the basket from JFS. The bats did a good job delivering it. The gift we've got isn't ready yet, we'll deliver it later tonight. Still adding some final touches.

*Leaves gift on Room #6's doorstep. Hope she likes it.
We decided to make her a charm bracelet with four distinct charms. There's a metallic gingerbread man with hat and cane, a bright red rustic rose, a six-pointed star of Oz with "OZ" in relief across the star's face, and a cute kitten with a small 9 hanging from it's collar.

There's a second cake stored in the fridge and candles in the cupboard. Prairie, here's a note to ask Count von Count for help while I'm away with the cake and candles. Leaving now with this other cake for my mom's dinner back home.

Man, the whole thing with the university being locked down is getting worse. Now, even my brother's complaining cause they just locked down the Medicinal Sciences building. Oh well, just gotta go through this as best we can.

Hi all. Sorry I haven't been around much. I have been vary busy with family problems, which ar too complicated, and at the same time too simple, to put down in words. Confused? Well so am I. Suficed to say, that now mI will have a little more time to my self, and should be around a lot more.
Happy birthday to you Kathy. Also Ed, happy birthday to your mother, Ed. I do not know if she knows of your activities here, but if she does, let her know we send her the best.

Yeah...that's the truth. I was sweating bullets up here.Darn AC wasn't turned on! Glad you talked me into going to the pool with you. You're getting better & better with that dive Red taught you.
Prairie:Thanks. I just wish I wasn't so afraid of breaking my back,though. Red's so flexible,so it comes by her naturally to do that flip easily.
You do fine...so don't worry.At least you have the courage to use the diving board. As for me,I'm chicken.I went to day camp when I was 12 & when it was time for my counselor to teach me how to dive,I was scared! I guess I thought I was going to drown. But she kept insisting that I learn.
Prairie:Wow! It sounds like she was really mean.
Actually she wasn't.She probably just wanted me to conquer my fears.And when I finally did dive,she was pretty proud of me!
Prairie: You should try diving tomorrow.
