Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

No, the Snacka-waves gun was never seen on the show. The deal is... As I'm sure you know, the S4 Captain Link figure comes with a Starhog magazine, space pistol, and SwineTrek model. Well, in my somewhat-warped mind, I think of Super Link as being the one member of the Supergoofs who'd be a natural expert on food and thus... want to have the accessories reflect that idea. The PIS sketch on the Pearl Bailey TMS episode had the crew pass through a field of snacka waves, which turned them all into food. Wanted to know what color would be best for a gun of those powerful food conversion waves, thought green would do but I could be wrong. If you have any thoughts on the subject, LMK and I'll take it into consideration.

Dee: Morning Count.I spent all day yesterday,hanging out with my best friend Sean.We went out to lunch,to a mall(where I bought some choc. caramel coffee) & then we watched Garden State.Hope everyone had a good day here at the dorms yesterday. Might watch the Superbowl tonight,or at least flip it on and off to see the score. Are we having a Superbowl party here at the dorms tonight? LMK Count,I can go to the store and start stocking up on chips,dips,soda,etc...

Eh, if the others want to, guess it'd be OK JFS. Personally, not sure if one's necessary, but then again...

Got some BBQ ribs in the fridge, just need to reheat them. There's some brown rice cooked with onions, hardboiled eggs, and some good old humus.
Even if I don't end up watching the whole game, at least I'll tune to see the Muppets Pizza Hut 2005 commercial.

Prairie:I found out that the place I went to get the food will be very packed today.
So I'd say if anyone really wants munchies for the Super Bowl,you'll have to go into Hensonville. BTW...Kathy makes a yummy shrimp dip so if anyone wants to come down here,she'll make some.

Then again, not sure if others would gather there instead of watching it in their own rooms. Oh well, gonna keep my bats on surveillance for that furry post monster from Hensonville. Got a few things coming in the mail, and I want to sure I get them.

Superbowl Sunday 2005 is here!

Dee: I just emailed & sent you a PM Count.Thanks for writing.I know the sites I sent will help you. I made some bread baskets,like I used to make when I worked for a supermarket bakery(every year for the Superbowl).They are baskets made of Italian bread(shaped like baskets),with round bread rolls;good for dipping spreads.I also made some bread bowls,hollowed out & filled with chili & some with clam chowder.I also made some football shaped cookies,half with Patriot colors & half with Eagles colors. There's also: nachos(unsalted),pretzels,M&Ms,trail mix;each in seperate bowls. I also have bottled water,Cola,Sprite,Orange Fanta,Dr. Pepper,and Ice Tea.Take some napkins,cups for your beverages & plastic untensils. Everybody who comes enjoy! Eat in moderation;don't want anyone out tomorrow with sick tummies. All of the food is set up buffet style in the 3rd level common room. The bread bowls can be heated up in the microwave or oven.

K:OK....I'll be right down. This shrimp dip is almost done chilling. I had to fight tooth & nail with the Chef to let me use the kitchen!Boy does he have a temper!

Just knock on the door when it's ready Kathy. Got the humus stored in the fridge and the game blaring on the screens. The Count loves all sporting events cause of the scoring and the stats he likes to keep, different from the ones shown on the screen.

Well, Red and I just watched the game, it wasn't too bad, good commercials. Hope everyone had a good weekend here at the dorms, it was way too short! We're off to bed now, gotta busy week ahead and we did way too much playing this weekend! Good night everyone!
