I have to read it. It's just that I had to read it last year for High School English. I've read it before so it's kinda of a rerun for me. But I'll tell Grendel that you said "hello" Count, while I have my head buried deep within my literature book.

Your head buried in your literature? Well, just hope it's not one of CK's books you borrowed. And knowing the two of us math maniacs, I think you can guess who CK is. His books have a way of grabbing you inside the stories themselves.
Happy reading, and hope you find the cookies in the common room for when you're feeling a bit peckish.

That's good. I'm glad you could work things out.

 : Hey Christy speaking of work shouldn't you be reading Beowulf now???

Don't remind me.
Me (Kathy):I remember studying Beowulf in 10th grade English class. Our teacher played some of it on a cassette for us.I think what she played for us was in Norwegian, and someone in my class said it sounded like the Swedish Chef! The whole class laughed & even my English teacher said it sounded like him.
(Don't be offended,OK Chef? )

Yeah, I had to read Beowulf in not its original Olde English, but a later version that was still gibberish compared to modern English. Good times.

Hey, Dee...about 45. I was talking about the kids at work. They get to hang out in the computer lab every Tuesday and Thursday and they have found my antics on Muppet Central quite amusing. Not all 45 were standing over my shoulder, mind you. But several were taking peeks. Thanks for the Muppet Central Movie compliment...hopefully that catches on with others.

Dee: Ahh,your school kids Ryan. Forty-five for a class, wow that's a lot(I guess);been so long since I've been in school. My high school 20th should be in 3 years.I went to my 10th year reunion, was quite interesting.Am I showing my age now?<chucking>Boy,I'm craving French toast, think I'll make some. Your welcome Ryan(about the MC movie),your definately one of the best writers at MC. I don't remember reading Beawulf, don't think we had to. Most of the novels that we read in school went over my head at the time.I read only a selected few: Lord of the Flies,Macbeth. Books like 1984(had to read that for English & Social Studies 12),is still to heavy for me.

What's not to get about it Vic? It's a standard jerk hero epic story where he "has" to kill the overgrown monster cause they can't have him wreaking havoc through the palace... la, la, la. And then he has to go and kill the mom cause they can't have her breeding more monsters... la, la, la. And one last fight when he's an old man just to go out in a blaze of glory though it means his own certain death cause he's an old man now.
I know, I know, I'm oversimplifying the plot, but whacha gonna do?

Hmm, breakfast time, maybe some bagels with cream cheese or a bowl of cold cereal. Well, hope everyone has a good start to their weekends.
*Bats show up at door of Room #5 with a bag of edible paper clips for Bert, and a small bottle of nose glue should it be needed.

Kathy: You've been to the Dixie Landing Hotel in WDW Dee? I have too! Isn't it gorgeous?
As for breakfast, I think I'll skip it. I've been up all night coughing.Despite taking medicine,it hasn't helped. So once again I'm spending the day in bed.

*walks in sipping coffee

Me: Who would've known that one old poem that doesn't make sense would spark this much discussion??

 : Beautiful isn't it.

Me: Ummmm...That's not quite the word I was going for, Scooter.
