*yells into the hallway* Hey guys! All those new shows on Nick are coming on now. If anyone wants to watch them with me come on!

Murray: I don't ever miss Drake and Josh.

Bruce: Me too. But i also like the new show "iCarly."

Herry: I like Drake and Josh. Can't wait to see what trouble they get into this time.

I just can't wait for all the new episodes.

Oscar: *pops up* I really like Megan on Drake and Josh. She's a grouchy little thing.

Alex: *pops her head in Kyle's doorway* Mind if I come watch?

Don't mind at all. Come on in. *sits down on the sofa* I have some macaroni noddles with tomato sauce. My favorite quick meal to fix up.

Murray: It's "Just Jordon" coming up next.

Bruce: He's one cool dancer.

Yep.

Oscar: Not my show yet?

Herry: Nope. Not yet.

Oscar: *groans and grumbles*

Just glad to have a guest in our room. Is Elmo, Bean and Sweetums coming Alex?

*plops down on the couch next to Kyle* Macaroni and sauce? Sounds great! I think Sweetums is probably asleep right now. He was up all night worrying about me. Can't figure out why...... And Elmo and Bean are watching cartoons over at my place.

 

[Muppet Newsgirl]

Erin: (over a late dinner of leftover onion soup) Sounds like Alex is back on the ground.
Nora: Yeah, she came in for a landing a little while ago. (pauses) Still on that council story?
Erin: (chuckle) Yeah, and there are rumors of protests and possible disciplinary actions.
Beige: Hmm...and you're laughing over that?
Erin: It's because it makes for good copy. (looks up) Where's Scooter?
Storyteller: Scooter? He's gone to bed early - he hasn't been feeling well tonight.
Nora: What's wrong with him?
Storyteller: He's got a bit of a fever, and he started coughing a bit earlier. (shrugs) I heard that some kind of bug's going around the school...or, wait, unless it was that other fungus collection that Gonzo keeps at the theater...
Beige: Or maybe it's Pebble Pox - I heard that there could be an epidemic of that...
Erin: Wouldn't bet on it - Scooter's not a Fraggle, so he's immune. And Gonzo's other fungus collection contains penicillin. (frowns) I'll take him some tea, and we'll see how he's feeling tomorrow.

Good Night Alex. It was fun watching those shows with you. Bye. *waves as she head back to her room* *shuts door* Ahhhhhhhh...*puts hands on heart*

Grover: *comes in from work* Hello there Kyle. Why are you cupping your heart?

Because....i'm in love.

Grover: You are in love? With who?

Alex.

Grover: She is a lovely girl. I would not mind dating but since i am only 6 years old. And my mommy says i should wait till i am older. Well i am going to head to bed. Good night.

Good night Grover. Well since no one else is up i guess it's time for the spouncers. Today Muppet Dorms were brought you by the letters "A" "P" and by the numbers "18" & "6". *Wakes to find that new chapters to long-awaited fanfics have been posted. *Heads over to do some silent reading, as Count and Uncle Deadly, being creatures of the night already probably read the installments when they were posted.

Erin: (knocking on door) Scooter? (opens door)
Scooter: (buried under covers; moans softly) Time to (cough) get up?
Erin: Depends. (leans over, feels Scooter's forehead) Good grief, your head's on fire.
Scooter: And I feel really dizzy.
Erin: You've gotten worse during the night...has anyone else been sick like this?
Scooter: I don't know.
Storyteller: (in doorway) It's one of those illnesses that comes out of nowhere. (goes up and down hallway, calling for Nora and Beige to get up)
Erin: (nods) Scooter, it looks like you're confined to quarters today. I'll call the school and the theater, let them know you won't be coming in.
Scooter: (cough) Okay. (buries himself back under the covers)

Nora: Poor Scooter...but he's also lucky. He gets to stay in bed, but I've got to help set up for that author lecture...and it's not anything fun - just this big book on finances. (winces)
Erin: And I've got to wade back into the sea of sharks.
Beige: (singing softly) Worry, rant and rave, no time left for being brave, order's what we crave...
Nora: And order's what we won't get.
Storyteller: All right, all of you, off to it. I've got off today so I'll keep an eye on Scooter. (E, N and B depart for day)
