Oooh! You have a fanfic in the works Alex? Please, tell us what it's about! And be sure to post it soonerishkibbible.
Maybe this'll get Uncle Deadly off of Ryan's case for a while.
Well, I'm going to be posting it in parts, but the problem is that because the only computer in my house with internet access is an office computer, I have to write it on my laptop, then go someplace with free wireless connection. So hopefully I'll have time to do that soon!

As for what it's about, lets just say it involves the accidental findings of the homeland of one of my faveorite muppets. (It's called "The Isle of Meep" My sister laughed her head off when she read the title!)

Sounds great Alex. Beth, if you need me for consultation, you know where/how to reach me. Might have to consult you too, though you can check out the "Artists and Counting Help Needed!" thread. Oh well, we'll see.
Take care.

Marty: Hope Baby Bear loves the brand new porridge bowl and spoon we bought and dropped off dorm 27 for him.

Bill: I know he will. How was your time with your dear mummy by the way Marty?

Marty: Fabulous Bill. We've seen two dvds of the most recent Astroboy series.

Bill: Another version of Astroboy? How many are there?

Marty: Three of them Bill. She'll have seen my entire Osamu Tezuka dvd collection to date when this is over.

Bill: So what do you have altogether?

Marty: Astroboy 1980's series, Kimba the White Lion series, Astroboy 1960's series and the single motion pictures Black Jack, Jungle Emperor Leo and Space Firebird 2772 all released through Madman Entertainment. And now I'm showing mummy Astroboy 2000's series released by a different company. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Bill: You and your mother must really enjoy that Japanese animation Marty.

Marty: Fersure. Nobody in Japan does animation like Tezuka. He's the best and I'm always looking out for more releases of his works.

Bill: I should check some of your discs out some time.

Marty: I do highly recommend that Bill. We will watch them soon.

Bill: Great.

Hey FilFil! How did you enjoy playing Monopoly with Rosita and Prairie Dawn?
FilFil:I think I did okay. Prairie won, though. She sure is smart.
Yeah...but so are you! Just don't forget that,okay?
FilFil:Okay. Kathy?
Hmmmm?
FilFil: I miss Kyle. You think he'll be back soon?
Yeah...I'm sure of it. I can imagine how much you miss him since you're the only boy in this henhouse.
FilFil:Henhouse? You all don't look like chickens to me.
slight laugh I know. It's just a saying. You're the only boy among us girls is what I mean.
FilFil:Ah...I understand now!I think I'll go to bed.Goodnight Kathy,and thank you.
Goodnight FilFil...pleasant dreams.

*Downstairs at the common room...

Telly takes a bite out of one of the four triangle-cut segments of a ham and egg sandwich, while the Count's enjoying a bowl of Countin' Oat Bran.
Telly: Sure've been a lot of weird new people coming into town lately.
Count, looking up: Yes, and Ed's been wery busy to keep the bad apples out.
Telly: Hey Count... Where's Ed anyway?
Count: Mmm, I think he's taking a bath.
Telly: Oh, well... Sure wonder who'll get back first, Kyle or Bryan.
Count: 46, 47... Vell, if Bryan gets back first then you'll go upstairs to meet him. You're his roomie after all.
Telly, nervously laughs: Yeah...
Count: 48, 49, 50, 51...
Telly: Aren't you going to eat your cereal Count?
Count: Yes. But first I count all the little oat rings before adding the milk. If I counted them vith the milk, they'd get soggy and break apart as I count them, leading to an inconclusive total.
*Goes back to counting oat rings, 52, 53...
Telly just sort of looks at the camera with a sort of "oooookay" look on his face.
After finishing his sandwich and washing down the plate, Telly goes upstairs in the elevator to go find and play with Baby Bear.

Ahem... Kyle, if you're there, I know of some monster roomies of yours who await your return to this, the good ol' dorms.
Oh, and after checking the articles at Muppet Wikia, I have some news for you. The reddish monster who's your roommate that we refered to as FilFil? Turns out his name's Murray Monster instead, it'll be revealed as such in a new Words of the Day sketch this upcoming season.
Hope this helps, have a good day everybody.

Ryan: Writing.
Ernie: Oh? What are you writing?
Ryan: Something about Jim.
Ernie: Really? Are you going to put it up soon?
Ryan: Yup.
Ernie: Oh good! *hugs Ryan* Thanks, Ryan!
Ryan: *smiles* Thank you Ernie.

Sal: What's wrong? You been scratching all day!
Randall: Went hiking yesterday.. the mosquitos were out in force.
Don: Had I gone hiking, I wouldn't have forgotten the insect repellant!
Randall: When was the last time you were even outside, Don?
Don: That's not really the point...
Johnny: Hey, can you guys keep it down? I'm trying to watch a movie over 'ere!

MN: (comes in humming "Just One Person")
Nora: Oh, that's right...
Storyteller: Our dear friend Jim shrugged off these mortal coils this day 17 years ago.
Nora: And a year and a half later, Richard joined him.
MN: Sad, but true...but from the sounds of it, I think they're all having the time of their lives (or afterlives) up in heaven. And those were some excellent speeches Richard gave.

(voices from the clouds)

R: Aw, thanks. I've gone bright red.
JH: Really? I've got this skin cream you might want to use...
R: (snicker) Ah, your face, Jim.
MN: Hi, Jim, how's it going?
JH: Hi-ho, room 7. Tell all the others I said hello, and thanks for the well-wishes.
Storyteller: We will. And I've started a pot of peonies on the balcony for you, Richard.
