Beth: Did you guys have fun playing with the cats last night?
Wanda: Well I certainly did, but then again, I speak their language
Beth *laughs* That is true. I certainly hope Rosita's feeling better about everything
Wanda *whispering*: I'm surprised that one hasn't had any nightmares yet *points over to Big Bird who is playing Candy Land with Cookie Monster*
Beth: Yeah, I'm keeping an eye on him. But, I know he hasn't watched much of the news either so that's probably a good thing
Red *comes over*: What are you guys talking about?
Beth: The s-h-o-o-t-i-n-g that took place at that college. Rosita was having nightmares and Wanda was surprised Big Bird hasn't yet
Red: He hasn't watched the news
Beth: I know. But even if he does hear anything Ed was real good at reassuring Rosita that our campus is safe so I'm sure he'd do the same for Big Bird

Big Bird: Cookie, you don't eat the Princess Lolly card!
Cookie: Looked like lollipop to me
Back over by Beth's bed
Beth: I'd say we've got nothing to worry about for now!
Wanda: Let's get breakfast

B-Day Announcement.

Hello from the dorms management team.

It pleases me to remind you guys of yet another festive birthday today. And this time, it's for one of te newest members of the Muppet troop, her exploits sung in Beth's Rowlf's Stories fictional as they may be... Or not...
Yes, she's definitely made a meowveelous mark with all of us, happy birthday Wanda the Cat!

Furthermore, it seems as if this week's lined up with birthdays for various dorm residents. So if it's OK with everybody involved, we'll have a party on Saturday evening for all those whose days of birth fall within this little calendar romp.
*Leaves a birthday card and a coupon for Wanda at that spa Adam Cole clued him in to, near the suburban parts of town.

OOC: You know, you'd think I'd write down my roommates birthdays so I didn't forget them, especially one that I made up!!!

Red: Is she gone?
Beth: Yep, sure is. I'm going to put this present Ed left for her over here. We'll make sure she gets it
Cookie: It the kitty's birthday?
Beth: Yep, it sure is, so, we need to plan a little surprise for her. What do you guys think?
Big Bird: How about cake? Everyone loves cake!
Beth: True, cake is a great idea. I was thinking, she loves jazz music. What if we got Hoots and his band to play a special little concert tonight? We can invite all of our dorm friends to come
Big Bird: Can I come?
Beth: You know what, I think as long as we have the party start early enough so you're not up past your bedtime that you definately can come
Big Bird: Oh boy!
Red: Will there be dancing?
Beth: One would assume
Red: Whoopie!
Beth: All right, I'll get in touch with Hoots, Cookie and Red you're in charge of the cake. Big Bird, how would you like to make some decorations?
Big Bird: Ok!

ZOE: I Can take Peter to Birdland Jazz Club with Hoots the Owl tonight for his Birthday Dinner

BABY BEAR: And Hoots can sing Peter a Song

PETER: That is a good idea for a birthday, thanks

ZOE: You're welcome!!! and after that we'll go swimming

Beth: All right, everything is all set
Red: Yea! This will be a great birthday party!
Cookie: Me want the cake
Red: Cookie, you promised me, you wouldn't eat the cake
Cookie: Me won't, me just want to
Big Bird: I've got all sorts of decorations
Beth: All righty, to the common room to set up for the party
*on the way Beth tacks a note on the bulletin board inviting everyone to come down for the birthday party*
Red: When is Hoots coming?
Beth: In a little while
Cookie: What about kitty cat?
Beth: Oh, she'll be busy for awhile yet, I took care of that!

(loud squeal from kitchen)
Storyteller: The smoke detector's going off in the kitchen! Nora! Did you leave something cooking?
Nora: No! I only just got back here!
(in kitchen)
Storyteller: Hmm, hmm, the stove's off, the oven's off...wait a moment, that smoke has a distinct cerebral odor...
(sudden glance over at table)
Nora: Erin?
MN: (wearily) Hi, guys.
Storyteller: That smoke's coming out of your head?
MN: I had a huge paper to finish up and turn in...and I fried half my brain cells in the process.
Nora: Ouch.
Storyteller: Get a moss pack on that head. It'll help your brain cool down.

Count: Um Beth... You're having Wanda's party tonight? Just asking, because I think the plan vas to have a mass party on Saturday evening for the 4, 4 birthdays this veek. But if those are your vishes, then it's OK with Ed and me. Hope Wanda has a vonderful time.

Grover: A birthday is being held here today.

Who's is it? Oh wait it's Wanda's right?

Grover: Yep. Me and Herry were heading down to the common room to help decorate with Beth, Big Bird and the others.

Ok. Me, Maurice and FilFil will be down there when we get back from the store for her present.

Grover: Where is Telly?

He's down at the pool with some of the other monsters.

Grover: Oh ok. Come on Herry.

Herry: Coming. *carring a box of decor stuff*

Alright guys. On to the car! *points out to the parking lot*

FilFIi: I get to ride in the front seat!

Maurice: Not if i beat you out there.

Is everyone read.....*gets pushed over by FilFil and Maurice as they run out of the room out the big two doors* Well!

Beth: Oops, that's right. Well, it's not so much a big party as just Hoots and the band jamming in a special concert for her as sort of a gift. Everyone is welcome and anyone who doesn't make it can celebrate with us on Saturday too.
