It was free block lettering and bulk mail shipping.

Yeah, I ordered from these guys a while ago. It took almost a month to get them, and when I did, the account number was wrong, and the second time around, the deliver was also slow, and they mis-spelled my street name...
So look over everything carefully when they arrive.

But you should always double-check these things.
