Muppet Cartoons?

I'm bumping this old thread because I'm not done with it, I still have too many questions. First off, GW is still the man, but here's some more questions.

Sadly it proved too much and the show was pulled by Jim Henson, after only two shows had aired; 18 shows were created altogether.

Only two? Well then I know that I was priveledged to see at least one, so I have to ask:
1. Have the other 16 episodes EVER seen the light of day?
2. Did all 18 episodes feature adult Muppet animated shorts?
3. Does ANYBODY have these available for trade!?!?!
