Jonathan,

The only members of Electric Mayhem who were ever on "Muppet Babies" were Animal (of course) and Janice had a one-time appearance. Unfortunately, I don't have any pics of her from that. Statler and Waldorf looked just like they did as old men, but with darker hair. No pics of them either.

Not much help.
