I'm posting this as pure speculation. I have no knowledge that this will happen, but I think it is a pretty good bet.

I'm also not posting this to start another pro-Disney/anti-Disney debate. There are plenty of other threads for that.

I think that there is a strong possibility that Kermit (and maybe other Muppets) may make an appearance at the Disney Stockholders Meeting that will be held on March 3.

There will be a webcast of this meeting on March 3 beginning at 10:00 a.m EST (a replay will be available until March 10).

Again-- I'm posting this as an FYI based on a hunch. I don't know for certain if the Muppets will be present.

I think you can probably expect to see Kermit. The meeting is short though - so it's probably a case of blink and you'll miss it.
