Would you make his nose out of one peice or 3 ?
then when covering with fleece one piece or more?

Hey renegade. Personally, I would do a three piece nose in the foam, to give it a really defined shape. Then cover it with the fleece - one piece - seam down the middle of the bottom of the nose (where the nostrils would be if Mumford had nostrils).
