It shows somebody puking now...what was there originally? Does anyone know? And did that puking man eat too many muffins?

Originally there was the crazy video of some guy dress up as an old lady that was doing a commercial for her muffin shop. She starts off naming some of the different muffins she sells, then gets totally crazy, showing muffins on fire, muffins covered in paperclips, and blood. It was pretty funny.
