MP3 Blog Help

Quick question on here for the more tech-savvy posters. This blog post has a link to a song, "Just Like The First Time" by Bill Withers (the second song posted, not the first YouTube link). The song is not available through the iTunes or Amazon music store, on YouTube to rip, on any mp3 search engine, or on CD. The only other way the song is available is on record, and that's of no real use to me. This is literally the only place to find the song. There's no right-click to save the song, so does anyone have any idea as to how I could get the song off the website?

I just got the MP3 off the site. I can send it to you if you want. Got it with an extension (available for Chrome or Firefox) called FVD.
