Movies you can't believe exist

Here's a movie I don't believe exists at ALL.

This was supposedly released last year as a DTV over the "hoilday" as a lot of press releases stated, but a quick Amazon search says that the product doesn't even exist! Not even as a pre-order. Where is this movie? I desperately want to watch it...

• The animation is chintzy, I'll give it that, but I'll take that over the threatened rumor of a live action movie with Tom Hanks as his voice.
• Frank Welker's doing the voice of Heathcliff as an impersonation of Mel Blanc's from the 1980's cartoon series. That's very interesting, considering they're going all the way back for that version of him
• Remember in 2002 or 2003 when Nickelodeon and Dic had those weird television movies of various projects Dic had over the years? I felt that Heathcliff was wrongfully left out, considering they did Archie and even Dennis the Menace

And a-speaking of cartoon cats... I can't believe this is a movie either...

I'm shocked to find this version of the clip as it's in English when this movie was made and released in Mexico. Apparently, Top Cat is huge in Latin America, same way Hasslehoff is huge in Germany I suppose... they made their OWN Top Cat movie (unfortunately with Flash like materials) and released it last year. And unlike an American movie, it was all animated and it doesn't look half as bad as the Yogi movie was.
