Moveable eyes

I just posted a couple of pics about how to make moveable eyes for puppets from a book I borrowed from the library back in 1995. I can't find the book anymore, but would love to purchase a copy and give fair notice to all those who were associated with it. If anyone can help me on this that would be great. These are by Hansjürgen Fettig. I suspect they are from "Hand and Rod Puppets" which was published around 1973, but it could be one of his other books.
