Monsterpiece Theater; Me, Claudias

I recently saw the Monsterpeice Theater sketch "Me, Claudias", and wonder, who performed the first monster to say "Me, Claudias" in that sketch? I can't recognize the voice.

Also, some people think Elmo was performed by Jerry Nelson in that sketch. But while it sounds a bit like a Jerry Nelson character, I don't think it's him. I think it actualy is Brian Meehl. Actually it soudns more like a Kevin Clash character to me than aJerry Nelson character.

Bruce was Brian, Maruice was Richard, Elmo was Jerry and Harvey was Jim.

I thought Brian Muehl voiced Elmo in that segment! It sounded kinda like him. I think the skit is probably from between 1979 and 1981. But then again, Alistair Cookie had a different-looking chair and slightly different jacket in "Upstairs, Downstairs", so I honestly don't know which came first. My best guess is that "Upstairs, Downstairs" is from 1979 or 1980, and "Me, Claudius" is from 1981, and they might've added the Union Jack opening and closing after the skit's original airing.
