Miss Piggy Statue

So, my wife came home from a farmer's market today with a pleasent surprise present for my birthday.

The statue is your typical garden statue made out of cement with a white coat overtop. It stands approx. 20'' high and weighs about 80lbs.

After much searching online, I have not found anything else like this. I can only assume that it is a custom made piece. Has anyone seen anything like these before?
My wife also mentioned that the man that she bought it off of said he was looking for a Kermit statue, meaning it was part of a set?

(The bigger surprise was that my wife bought it at as she chastised me greatly for the amount that my photo puppets cost.)
