Miss Piggy head

Hello all,i want to make the miss piggy with foam and then flock her.
Can someone tell me of piggy's legs arms and body also are foam?I want to know
and if there is a pattern for woman legs and body.
Please let me know!

I think only her head & ears are sculpted & cast. Her body & arms are made from reticulated foam I believe, though I could be wrong.

She has cleavage though I guess that could be done with clever gluing but her legs and arms are pretty shapely as well.
