Miss Piggy "Britney who?" shirt...is it a real Muppet shirt?

A while ago, I saw someone wearing a shirt with the text "Britney who?" and a cartoon drawing of a female pig that looked suspiciously like Miss Piggy...was it really Miss Piggy, and is this a real Muppet shirt? Anyone know?

I haven't yet seen or heard of that shirt myself. Maybe there's one on eBay.
