I've seen episodes of this show on Comedy Central, and it's outlandishly funny! Carlos Mencia is one of the few comedians that actually makes a serious subject like racism hilarious and doesn't hold back his views of it.

he just rips into everyone. I love it for that reason. He has no-holds barred comedy. It's really nice.

He is funny. To quote Avenue Q: "Everyone's a little bit racists it's true. Everyone's a little bit as racist as you. If we all could just admit. That we're all racist a little bit and weren't so caught up being PC. Maybe we could live in harmony!"
