This calls for a sepperate Scrooge McDuck/ Ducktales appreciation thread. I'll start one as soon as I am able. maybe tomorrow.

But certainly, if she did have lines, Alwine's real-life wife, Russi Taylor would've voiced her, just as they've been voicing the staple Disney couple since the 1970's or so.
I kind of wish Minnie did have some lines in that special. She could tell her feelings about Scrooge's stinginess just like Emily did in the original story.

There were quite a few things they could've added to story. Like Scrooge's days as a schoolboy or the party at Fred's(Donald Duck) house. But Mickey's Christmas Carol was still a great story though.

I recently found out about that too. While Russi voices a whole bunch of characters for other stuidos, Wayne just sticks to voicing Mickey Mouse.

They probably feel his voicing other character might jeopardize the credibility of any other character he might play. That's why Marty Grabstein didn't get to voice any other character BUT Courage on Courage the Cowardly Dog.
