Well... If you hate it, that's your feelings toward it.
But if you filled out a claim with paypal.com, that should be enough. Filling out another claim with eBay is basically unnecessary. After the claim's initiated with paypal, if they haven't gotten any cooperation from the seller in 10 days, you automatically get the money recredited... Unless it's a multiple item purchase, then it takes a bit more time.

no!!! no no!!! i DONT hate ebay... just the bum ticked me off thats all! Yeah i did fill out one on Paypal on the 21st..... 10 days?! really?! wow! it told me 30days! no it waznt a multiple items..

Ah... Well, that's fine then... Even I've been ripped off a couple of times.
As for the time it'll take to get your paypal case processed, the best thing to do would be to check in from time to time by either going to the Resolution Center link in your account page and reviewing the status. But if you're not sure how long it'll take to get the thing processed, you can always call them at their toll free number.

No More Worrys!!!!

well i checked the mail....again, this morning... NOTHIN!!! well anyways lastnight one of the girls from work gave me one (a magic talking Kemrit) i got there and shes like "Stevie, i have somthin for ya!" and I'm like "oh yeah?" i walked out back with her and in a black garbage bag was a magic talking Kemrit, I told her i bought one off ebay but he never came in then she goes "oh well thats to bad did you get your money, and i know how much u like ur disney stuff so u can have him... the only thing is he needs 3 new batterys and his box is a little crush b/c he sat in my closet so long and plus there was a box on top of em!" i was like "thats fiine, thx Brenda!" i was sooooooooo HAPPY!

did u get ur money back from ebay? that what i did yesterday filled out a "Not Received Item" on ebay and it sayed it would take em 30days! y sooo long? grrr... lol, i hate ebay now! haha

No, because my item eventually came. Like I said, I kept in contact with the seller and found out that the problem had been that the person in charge of shipping had run out of the approrpiate envelopes to ship the item in safely. Once it was sent out he let me know and gave me the tracking number, even though the tracking number didn't do much considering that it had been sent media mail.

I did end up leaving the guy neutral feedback, saying that he needed to work on communications with his customers. I realize he's probably busy, but it shouldn't take four days to respond to someone's e-mail about the item they've purchased.
