Kelly: O_O BEAU? You're holding the target? *quickly exchanges bullets for paintballs* There. It may sting if I miss, but at least now I can't kill you.

Beau: I've gotta make money somehow...no one paid the fare...
Bo: Common sob story...*exchanges riffle for bow-and-arrow*
Beau: *exchanges targets, for an apple on his head*

Kelly (to Beau): Have you tried pickpocketing? Or sidewalks? You'd be amazed what you can find on the sidewalks of busy entertainment venues. Of course, you can always impersonate a parking attendant and take money that way.

Kelly (gets a call): Naw, really? Well, yeah. Oh well, what can you do, right?

Pearl (showing up with some balloons with Bobo in hand): What's the matter, darlin'?

Kelly (hangs up and sighs): The breeder is bad at math. Since the puppies won't be eight weeks old until June 13th, we can't get them on the 6th like she said we could.

Pearl: Well, that's a right shame.

Kelly (nods): All of the Lab books we bought said eight weeks. We were wondering how she was gonna get away with giving them to us early. *sighs* The vet shot her down.

 

[The Count]

Aargh... Don't say shot down to a dog. Or when you're holding that thing. *Points to booth pistol.

Count, *whispering: She's been hanging out with Lefty.
UD silently nods.

*All leave to buy some soda and soft pretzels, checking out what other fried/finger foods are available.

Kelly (finds Ed and company): Gleep! Sorry, didn't mean it that way, Ed. Find anything cool to eat?

Pearl: Yeah, kinda looks like we got stood up. Reminds me of Buttons. *shrugs* Mind if we hang out with y'all?

 

[The Count]

Is s'okay Kelly. Dunno, there are some booths here and there, you never know what you'll find. Methinks the Chef's trying out some new fritter cakes with Camilla adding the candy apple sauce. *We wait to see what Kelly and Pearl choose.

Pearl (takes as much as she can carry from each booth)

Kelly (takes a couple of hot dogs and chips)

Bobo: ...*aside to Beau* Am I doing ok?
