Master Replicas to drop Star Wars

It has just been announced that Master Replicas will not be renewing their Star Wars license from 2008.A bold move since that is one of their signature products.Looks like LucasFilm over priced themselves making it unviable for Master Replicas.I suppose if anything good comes out of it, will be now the Muppet line will get more attention.

One of my favorite sites for "Star Wars" information is TheForce.net, and Master Replicas has been a big sponsor of that site. I'm hoping that they will still find it worthwhile to support them, otherwise the site could lose a big advertiser. We'll see!
