Well roughly 1980. It was just 1 individual piece. Beginning in the late 70s there were a number of video taped segments with the SS cast and Muppets done out and about NYC. 1 other example Luis and the kids see a garbage truck with Luis discribing how it operates later to find Oscar had rented it for the day to take back to his trash can.
