Keep one foot in front of the other. :smile:

Seriously, though, keep drinking water, don't let yourself get dehydrated, make sure your shoes give good arch support (Nike's are probably the best).

Yeah, and also, if they allow you to have music, just put those headphones in and crank it. Don't think about how far it is til the end, just keep on running and just take it one step at a time and one mile at a time. Don't think "Oh, it's 15 miles to go", or "Man, I've been at this for 3 hours" or whatever. Just keep going and stay hydrated. But then again, I've never run a marathon before, so I really am not the best at giving advice, does my advice sound good to anybody else?
