As many of you know last Thursday Brian Henson resigned as chairman of the Jim Henson Company to focus on directing and producing. Find out how this may directly relate to the upcoming company sale. Also, Jim Hill examines Disney's current courtship of Henson, but is it too late for the Mouse?
