Thanks everyone for the input, it helped alot. I have removed her pupils, and i'm goining to move them down and part abit. I cant figure out why i can never tell when the eyes are off I hope i'm not cross eyed:eek: (*checks mirror *whew*no i'm not) thats just one of the tricky things that really make a puppet.

I forgot that I had this Diagram of the Henson Triangle but i'll use it from now on here it is if anyone wants it.

General rule of thumb is that you want your puppet focused about 16-18 inches in front of face. This will give the puppet a "slightly" cross-eyed look but keeps them from looking like their staring off into space.
Otherwise it is a matter of taste. I did Captain Quirk with eyes that could be rotated to be happy or sad and in that case you want to check both positions.

Hope this helps

I'm curious about this diagram. I'm not sure on what it's supposed to illustrate, since the triangle doesn't seem to match up to any specific points on the face. I always thought that the "Magic Triangle" was the placement of the two pupils and the nose (each one being a point on the triangle). Have I been wrong all this time?
