Lullaby of Birdland/ Mahna Mahna

On the Muppets' 25th anniversary cd, the track "Mahna Mahna" is also labled as "The Lulaby of Birdland." The two don't sound anything alike so why is this?:confused:

IIRC, Mahna Mahna tries to hum "Lullaby of Birdland" during his solo spots.
