On the Muppets' 25th anniversary cd, the track "Mahna Mahna" is also labled as "The Lulaby of Birdland." The two don't sound anything alike so why is this?

IIRC, Mahna Mahna tries to hum "Lullaby of Birdland" during his solo spots.On the Muppets' 25th anniversary cd, the track "Mahna Mahna" is also labled as "The Lulaby of Birdland." The two don't sound anything alike so why is this?
