"Love Led Us Here" Sheet Music Needed!

I'm looking for the sheet music to "Love led us here" from Muppet Treasure Island. I wanted to use it as a meditation piece for my wedding (in 3 weeks!) but the only place I could find it said it was currently unavailable from publisher. Does anyone have any idea where I could find it? Or if someone has it that I could borrow?
