If anyone is interested Louise Gold appeared in an episode of Coronation Street last Thursday (9 June). She played a judge in a court-room scene.
Not a particularly good role for her (as it didn't give her much scope to really show what she is capable of), however, she did of course play the part perfectly well. But if anyone wants to watch it, it is on ITV's Iplayer (on http://www.itv.com/coronationstreet/videos/catchup/ )
