Looking for Thanksgiving / Christmas Special

This might sound random, but I remember watching a Thanksgiving / Christmas special on TV when I was a kid about 20-25 years ago. It had muppets, fraggles and sesame street characters all squeezed into one house - Gonzo slept in the closet on a coat hangar and the chef was chasing the turkey everywhere.

I'd love to track it down, but first need to know what it is called. Can anyone help me?
