Looking for old sesame street film

Im looking for a film skit (or episode) from Sesame Street from the mid-late 70's. It featured a reggae-style band and a woman dancing to their song (it was set in the tropics). The band would play and the woman performed dancing actions that the band sang about, eg: the band would say twist her kneck and the woman would do so, the band would sing knock knees and she would do these actions. I think the skit was called 'watch her dance'. The woman is apparently my girlfirends old dance teacher. She wants to see it.
If someone could tell me how to download or get or buy it that would be great.
