Looking for Kermit & Fozzie clip

On "The World of Jim Henson" there's a short spot at the beginning where it looks like Kermit and Fozzie are talking in front of a cardboard television set, and Fozzie says, "Don't look down... there is somebody underneath me! Oh look, there's someone underneath you too! And you know what? He's got a beard."

Could anyone help me find this clip?

It's from a special called, "Here Come the Puppets!" when Jim hosted the Puppetry Conference in D.C. Some of the traders here would have it. It also includes Oscar singing "I Love Trash" along with Sweetums and some other Muppet monsters/Birds. Also appearances from Kukla & Ollie and Lambchop. Pretty lovely special.
