Looking for Holiday Kermit and Zoot figures

I am looking for the Holiday Kermit figure from last year, there were 2 different header cards, one "Happy Holidays from Palisades" and the second, "Happy Holidays from the Jim Henson Co."
I need the second one, from Henson...if anyone here has one they'd like to sell, I am willing to pay top dollar for it, within reason, of course...
I am also looking for any Zoot figs.
