Hey guys,

So I'm looking for some help. I have gone around to all the usual stores and looked at just about anything and everything round in this full round eyeball look like elmo or wembley fraggle.

I have looked at fishing bobbers
nerf ballistic balls
christmas ornaments
ends of basters
every kind of sporting ball from lacrosse to wiffle ball

But none of those seem right they either are too heavy, a big seam that I can't sand down, or don't have the right glossy kind of look.

If you any of you guys could give me a suggestion I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Jon

Glossy white Painy may help. I'm having a similar problem finding something for my Gonzo refurb.

Have you considered plastic hemispheres or plastic Christmas balls (ornaments)? I am pretty sure you could do Gonzo-like eyes with fishing lures.

I think Mercury Plastics sells "Elmo" eyes, but you have to buy them in bulk (1,000 pieces or more).
