Looking for Are We There Yet?: Songs for Tiny Travelers

In the late 90's when my teenager was a toddler, I had a cassette tape called "Are We There Yet?: Songs for Tiny Travelers." Somewhere along the way it disappeared. I've been trying to replace this for at least five years, to no avail.
This is a list of the songs on the tape:

1. Seat Belts On!
2. Honk, Honk!
3. Riding in the Country
4. Grandma Called
5. Red Car, Blue Car
6. I'll Bet You Anything
7. Rest Now

I know this was released as a set with an accompanying book, though I didn't have that.
I would dearly love to find a copy of the cassete. Can anyone help me?

Have you had any luck in finding this cassette? My brother and I listened to this tape all the time when we were little and taking car rides. I was hoping to find a copy of it and give it to him for Christmas.
