Many years ago I saw a muppet tv special that I believe was narrated by Kermit the frog.
I was about three animals I think they were a horse ,a dog and a cat who ran away from their cruel owners and find each other along the way. They tell their stories to each other and then come across a farm house where they think they see the sillouettes of a family sitting down and enjoying a nice family meal together. Actually it turns out to be all three of their owners who are dividing up money that they had stolen.
I remeber the owners talking about some noises they hear outside and think that ghosts made them. The animals burst in and somehow the owners think that they are being attacked by the ghosts or monsters and flee, leaving the animals to the farm house. I think it was a muppet adaption from another story.
Does anyone have some information you can share?

I wouldn't swear to it, but that sounds like the "Muppet Musicians of Bremen." Other than that I can't help. Sorry :frown:
